OQO computer is the world’s smallest full featured PC?

Well, at least that’s how they marketed their product. The device is now available to the public via expansys and dynamism.com store. OQO mobility computers are powered by Windows Vista with (almost full) QUERTY keyboard. While the device looks great, the price starts at around US$ 794.00 up to US$ 2000.00 (approx) which is not so reasonable for most of us.

This device could be a very nice companion for my Linux powered N800 though. The best of both worlds, it is.

This is a repeat all over again. It’s virtually indistinguishable from their Model 1, which debuted in 2004 with XP.

It was so awful, it even made PCWorld’s 25 worst list:

At least this one doesn’t /start/ at 2 grand. :)

oh well.. the functionality may not be worth the price. I changed my mind. I have to agree with you Shawn. I may look nice but owning one could change my mind :)
